Shang Properties Inc. (SPI), a leading property developer, is constructing Shang Summit, set to become the tallest residential condominium in the Philippines. Located in Quezon City's South Triangle, the project aims to generate P50 billion in sales.

SPI's executive vice president for commercial, Maria Rochelle Diaz, highlighted that Shang Summit will consist of two towers, offering nearly 2,000 residential units, marking it as the company's largest development to date.

The first tower will feature 1,020 units ranging from studios to penthouses, priced between P10.4 million to P182 million. The second tower will include 900 units. Diaz revealed strong interest from potential buyers and investors even before the official launch, citing Quezon City's robust market appeal based on SPI's previous successful projects in the area.

Diaz emphasized the competitive edge of Shang Summit within Quezon City's market, noting its luxury status and comprehensive amenities, which she believes offer excellent value for buyers.

Unit turnovers are scheduled for 2030, with Quezon City chosen due to its rapid growth and high residential demand. The development will include luxurious amenities such as a tropical swimming pool, a modern fitness center, wellness facilities, co-working lounges, and extensive children's play areas. Residents can also enjoy elegant spaces at The Summit Lounge and Summit Gallery, along with quiet areas for work or study at The Alcove.

SPI is actively seeking additional land across the Philippines for future projects, following the recent launch of Shang Bauhinia Residence, its inaugural residential development in Cebu.
